Rambabu Bandaru is the Senior Partner of MSR & Associates, who heads Bangalore operations. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2004 and has an experience in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He was also member of Institute of Company Secretary (ICSI).

Prior to joining MSR & Associates, he has worked Over 13 years in various MNC companies as Finance Controller and Senior Positions and reporting to CEO’s of the companies. He has corporate experience in the fields of Direct and Indirect Tax, Audit & Assurance services, MIS, Budgets, Transfer Pricing, and Cross border transactions. He also represents before various tax authorities on Direct tax and Indirect litigation matters in Bangalore. He also has good experience in advising the start-ups and entrepreneurs on financials, corporate & Tax restructuring, Valuation and Managing Investors and CFO Services for micro, small & medium enterprises who cannot afford the full time CFO.

Radhika Rani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2007 and a commerce graduate from Nagarjuna University. She brings in rich professional experience of taxation and technical skills to the task which helps for establishing and running the organizations. She has experience in internal audits, bank concurrent audits and stock and receivables audit of various borrowers of various banks. She has Diploma in Information System Audit (ICAI), Certified in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention (ICAI) & Concurrent Audit of Banks.

She has effectively handled Bank audits and System Audits of Banks. She believes in communicating effectively and building industry best processes to achieve business objectives.

M. Sitaramaiah is founding partner of MSR & Associates. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations and managing big clients and complex issues.
